      Ok - so for those of you who dont’ know, the Slim in 6 is an exercise video which promises to reshape your body in 6 weeks. The focus is on aerobic exercise along and muscle toning exercises for about an hour a day. It’s recommended that you do this exercise

      6 days a week for 6 weeks. The video also comes with a meal plan.

      The problem is, Slim in 6 gives people false hope as to what can be achieved in a short period of time. It promises that you will lose up to 10 pounds and 10 inches in ...


      • the first week - they also give you a food plan to help you acheive this. However, the problem with the food plan is that it consists of only 800-1000 calories - therefore, ofcourse you will lose the weight but most likely will gain it right back.

        However, if you have

        an hour a day, 6 days a week to work out and follow a low calorie diet (not necessarily the one that they supply you with), you are more than likely to lose weight. However, I doubt that you will lose as much as is promised through the Slim in 6 advertisements.
