For those of us who have a small dog, we tend to buy stuffed animals for our dogs to play with. We have two cocker spaniels who adore small stuffed animals.

They not only like to throw their stuffed animal in the air, but they also love tug of war.

      This is a good

      and bad thing.

If you have a dog that can really get a grip on their animal, the stuffed animals seem to rip apart fairly quickly.

I don’t place the blame on the stuffed animal manufacturer, as the stuffed animal can only last so long while in the jaws of an excited dog.

      • I love about these toys are that they are usually inexpensive, and we can always find a large variety to choose from.

Even after our dogs have ripped a hole in the animal, all we do is pull out the stuffing and our dogs go back to enjoying their stuffed animal.

        Some dogs just

love to have something to hold in their mouths.

        Call it their security blanket.

That statement would hold true for our cocker spaniel.

Without the stuffing, this also makes a great dog toy.

I can’ only give this a thumbs up, regardless to the fact that our “stuffed” animal no longer has stuffing inside it.
