  • Just recently, I think last year maybe they had their first concert in Jamaica at the Air Jamaica Jazz and Blues Festival and a lot of people, were excited to go and see them
  • I wasn't particiularly interested in seeing them though, despite the fact that I love a few of their songs, nevertheless, a few people who I know, managed to find the money to buy tickets to see them because they knew it might just be a once in a lifetime chance
  • I like the song You're the Inspiration from their album Chicago 17 , as well as other songs such as Everytime she Goes Away and a few other songs I can't remember at this moment
  • I would recommend this band to many fans of eighties music as well as fans of bands such as Airsupply

Chicago”, not to be confused with the city located in the United States, is the name of a popular American rock band. Just recently, I think last year maybe they had their first concert in Jamaica at the “Air Jamaica Jazz and Blues Festival” and a lot of people, were excited to go and see them. I wasn’t particiularly interested in seeing them though, despite the fact that I love

a few of their songs, nevertheless, a few people who I know, managed to find the money to buy tickets to see them because they knew it might just be a once in a lifetime chance.

I like the song “You’re the Inspiration” from their album “Chicago 17″, as well as other songs such as “Everytime she Goes Away” and a few other songs I can’t remember at this moment.

      • I would recommend this band to many fans of eighties music as well as fans of bands such as Airsupply. I mostly like their rock ballads as those seem to have gained the most popularity. Despite the fact that I find many of the lyrics a little cheesy I still think that not only the music is good but the singing is good as well. I also hear that Chicago
has been around from the late sixties which is surprising since I always thought they were a band that came out in the 80s. I also heard that several of their albums had made it platinum over the years.

I look forward to them coming back again to perform in my country as I’ve heard that they did a great performance when they came for Air Jamaica Jazz and Blues Festival.
