  • However, I continued to read it anyway even though it started out a little boring to me at first, and then later on I couldn't put the book down
  • It is for the most part about a man Billie Hallek who first of all starts off on the reader's bad side as he is very insensitive, has a major problem with his weight amongst a number of other bad qualities
  • I would recommend this to all Stephen King fans as even though it is not horror like many might be used to, it still kept me on the edge of my seat

I read the book “Thinner” by the popular horror writer Stephen King a couple years ago when I was fifteen. At first I didn’t want to read it since I thoguht that the book would probably be the first lame stephen King novel I had ever read especially when I read the short synopsis of the story on the cover at the back. However, I continued

to read it anyway even though it started out a little boring to me at first, and then later on I couldn’t put the book down. It was different from all of the other Stephen King stories I have previously read in that it wasn’t so much of a horror but more of a fantasy.

The book “Thinner” was published under the pseudonym RIchard Bachman. It is ...

      • for the most part about a man Billie Hallek who first of all starts off on the reader’s bad side as he is very insensitive, has a major problem with his weight amongst a number of other bad qualities. I started out being disgusted with this man, and hoping I would never reach that stage, especially in the scene where Billie hit down an old gypsy
woman.he could A curse was put on him so that he would loose weight and kept on losing weight till he finds himself trying to find the gypsies that did that before he eventually loses his life.

I would recommend this to all Stephen King fans as even though it is not horror like many might be used to, it still kept me on the edge of my seat.
