Rosie! is a delightful comedy about an eccentric woman whose family questions her sanity. Of course, it’s all because they are worried about her money and it getting away from the family. It’s a common theme for movies, and it’s the central one

here. The wonderful Rosalind Russell plays Rosie with vim and vigor. She’s strong-willed and independent, and she becomes disheartened when her family tries to lock her away.

Sometimes people are guided by a tether and form opinions based on all sorts of disinformation. It’s a fact that if someone says something three times, it is more likely to be believed. Thus if someone says something negative about someone three times prior to a person entering a room, that person will be responded to negatively. People are difficult to understand, indeed.
