      Friends today I am going to share one of my favorite recipe with you, it is a very delicious dish, and it is very healthy too, and the best thing is that it can be prepared very easily. The dish is called “Steamed Fish”. I make this dish in my microwave oven, so I am going to share the microwave version of the recipe. To

      make “Steamed Fish” for 4 people, we need the following ingredients:-

      1) 6 Hilsa steaks, 2) 6 tbsp of Mustard seeds, 3) 4 green chillies, 4) 1 cup of coconut milk, 5) 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 6) 3 tbsp of mustard oil, 7) Salt for taste 8) Fresh banana leaves, 9) Lemon 10) Thread or string

      Now to make “Steamed Fish”, we need to take a bowl, and then put the mustard seeds, turmeric powder, green ...


      • chillies into it, and also add the coconut milk into it, and mix it well. Now slit the Hilsa fish for marinating, and sprinkle a god quantity of salt on the fish, and keep it aside. Now after 15-20 minutes wash out the fish, and dry it with paper napkin. Now marinate the fish with the coconut milk mixture we made earlier. Let it marinate
        for 1.5-2 hours. Now cut the banana leaves into small pieces, and spread mustard oil into leaves, and put one fish in each leaf. Now tie the leaf with the thread very carefully, so the fish is held in place. Now put it into the microwave for high power for 3-4 minutes, and now your “Steamed Fish” is ready to eat. Serve it with hot steamed rice. It is really delicious, just try it once.
