What a great way it would be to embrace the summer time with healthy glowing cheeks. I thought that would be a nice beauty stable for the summer. I always believe that it’s key to keep my face dry during the summer time and stay away from liquid/ oil-based beauty products. Likewise, I

chose a powder blush that would complement my ‘no-sweat’ summer make-up regimen. Clinique is a brand I have been using for some time.

At first, it seemed awesome and makes a sassy beautiful blush on my face. Besides that, the powder seemed sweat resistant and sets perfectly on skin. The disappointing part came when ...

      • I detected some whiteheads. Subsequently, I also saw red streaks which i attributed to the powder brush. The powder strands seem stiffened, I did notice that from the start. Red streaks can happen if the brush isn’t soft resulting to blemishes. I experienced the same problem with a cheap make-up brush. I don’t know
what the brush is made of, if it’s horse hair or man-made. Admittedly, I was scared to use it again.

Maybe the product just wasn’t attuned to my skin type. Will I recommend it? Probably, but sad to say it was another beauty-letdown.
