      Irma Levine sought the help of Alan Shore. Irma is complaining that her vote does not count due to redistricting. All of her elected officials are redrawing the district voting lines to tilt the election in their favor. In her attempt to voice out her political agenda, Irma joined the barrage of

      protesters and they were protesting nude. She was eventually arrested for doing it. Alan called the District Attorney to the witness stand. The prosecution opposed it but the judge granted the request.

        I love Alan’s unconventional way to get the charges drop. He is known for his creative tactics, be it impersonating, threatening and opposing. I agree with the ruling that to dubbed Irma as a registered offender for just protesting

        nude is too much. The most that she could be charged of was breaking the peace. To be registered as a sex offender means you have done something vicious and criminal. Here, protesting while exposing her breast may sound scandalous but it is not tantamount to being labelled as sex offender.
