  • I would not recommend using this mirror to do your entire face, though, because you may find it a little bit small
  • It also includes a few applicators that come along with it inside the case, which are not the best quality but it is certainly a definite perk that they are included at all
  • This is the problem that many people ran into with the 120 color palette from the famed eBay collection
  • This palette is absolutely worth the $20.00 USD I paid for it

The colors in this palette are amazing. It has a huge variety, and I would include a picture or a link but there is no justice that can compare to real life. The colors are super, highly pigmented, some of the colors being shimmery, some being matte, some glittery and some luster. These colors come in a nice, sturdy black case and when you open it up you have all 78 of your colors on the bottom, and on the top panel you have a pretty decent sized mirror (big enough to do eyeshadow, which would make sense for an eyeshadow palette.

I would not recommend using this mirror to do your entire face, though, because you may find it a little bit small. It also includes a few applicators that come along with it inside the case, which are not the best quality but it is certainly a definite perk that they are included at all!

      I made swatches of

these right after I received this palette in the mail, just to see if the colors were as pigmented as advertised and as I had heard that they were. I did not bother using my Urban Decay Primer Potion (which makes colors appear truer and more vibrant), because I did not feel like wasting it on a swatch and I wanted to see how well the colors stood out by themselves with no help.

I have to say that everything I had heard about this palette is absolutely true. They were right! Each color is really incredibly pigmented and bright all by itself even without the UDPP, and give a wonderful payoff. Another good thing, as I mentioned earlier is that they come in a HUGE variety of lustres.

For example, when I opened the package I discovered that some of the colors were shimmery, others were matte, and some were glittery. Having that variety is nice because it makes ...

      • the palette versatile. Another great thing about the colors is that they are not chalky! What that means is that when you apply the color to your lid, they tend to smooth over your lid nicely instead of filtering down and getting caught in your lashes and on your cheeks from being far too powdery.

This is the problem that many people ran into with the 120 color palette from the famed eBay collection. The palette comes in three different sections. The first is the section of round shadows, that are a little bigger than a United States nickel and smaller than a quarter (I am talking about currency).

They come in six “families” of 10 colors, each ten-color family containing colors that are similar to one another. Going from left to right across the palette, they are set up in somewhat of a broken rainbow. Next, in the middle are the rectangular shadows that come from a neutral family

of colors, in a set of twelve neutral colors.

They are all metallic shades, and the black that comes with it is REALLY black! Meaning that, unlike the 120 color palette, you do not have to almost scrape your brush bristles through it in order to get any color onto your brush. The color comes onto your brush easily and blends really well which can hardly be said for the other palette. Again, these are all the “true” neutral shades even though the round shadows included some neutral colors, however some of those were matte, keep that in mind.

Finally, the bottom section is devoted to six very different blushes. They have a color that will work for every skin tone because of how varied the shades are; from a nice pinkish purple plum color, to rosey pinks, to pink-oranges, there is certainly a shade that will work for your skin tone in here. This palette is absolutely worth the $20 USD I paid for it!
