      Alan Shore’s assistant Melissa was caught for robbing a bank. Melissa maintained that she only smashed the window. There was an agreement that was made that if Melissa will just accomplish restitution for the broken window then the bank won’t file charges. Melissa however persisted with so much arrogance not to repair the broken window. Jerry

      Espenson from banking and finance helped Alan with the case. They come to a decision that they will be suing the credit card company.

        Shirley made a rigid cross-examination on the priest. There is a slight humor when Denny and Shirley interact. It is very well shown in this episode and like an old flame still flickering, I really had a good time with their chemistry.

        Alan Shore’s way of resolving Melissa was clever. This is not something new with regard to Alan’s signature tactics. There was a slight travesty though because in real life you cannot escape the wrath of credit card companies. Something should be corrected here because viewers might think that there is an easy escape for all of this.
