Shirley Schimdt and Denny Crane were both handling a client who is was likely affected by the banning for red meat. The client was an owner of a restaurant which serves steak. The mayor of Boston just recently banned red because of health regulations. Shirley and Denny wants to get a TRO. The judge wanted an evidentiary hearing. The judge granted the TRO.

Alan Shore meanwhile was charged for conspiracy to commit assault and

battery. The night prior, he and Tara were in a joint. There was an altercation that went on. Alan paid some of the customer to engage in a fight against the man who hit him first. The wrangle further involved a few gentlemen when Alan started paying them for 100$ each just to fight the robust guy who initiated the attack. Paul Lewiston, one of the partners lectured Alan on the possible ...

      • unacceptable reputation it will offer to Crane, Poole and Schimdt.

I dissent the ruling of the judge. The only requirement indeed for a law to be constitutional is for it to be reasonable. Here, the regulation passed that test. This is part of the police power of the state to safeguard public health. In the constant upheaval of a state on certain regulation whether if affects business or a well desired profession

is based entirely on the state inherent power to protect and serve the people.

Alan Shore’s misdemeanor for me was over bearing. He should accord with due respect what is expected of a member of the bar. A lawyer assembles himself justly in the eyes of the law and in the eye of the people being an officer of the court. He do not instigate a brawl much less conspire to do it.
