      This recipe is best served with a rice pilaf or java rice. This will be sure loved by every family member. I always impress my friends with this dish! My friends thought at first that I ordered it from some professional chef. Little did they know that I made it myself and it is one recipe that is easy to prepare.

      Ingredients: 1 kilo


      ground beef 16 pieces green olives 2 tablespoon butter flour 2 tablespoon lea and perrins worcestershire sauce 4 teaspoons onion juice 1 teaspoon dried thyme, whole 2 cups all purpose cream 1 teaspoon ...

        Procedure: 1. get one piece green olive 2. form a meat ball around the green olive, making sure that the green olive is well hidden.

        3. do with the remaining green olives and remaining ground beef.

        4. roll each meat balls in flour 5. melt the butter.

        6. brown the meat balls in the melted butter. cook in low fire for ten to 15 minutes or

        until the balls are cooked. do not over cook.

        7. set aside when cooked.

        8. pour off the butter from the pan and leave just around 2 tablespoons.

        9. combine the worcestershire sauce, onion juice and the thyme. cook for just one minute over low fire.

        10. add then the all purpose cream. stir over low fire until the mixture is hot.

        11. remove from the stove and let stand for 30 seconds 12. add the lemon juice.

        13. pour immediately to the meat balls.
