  • Well to start off I bought an Nvidia 9600GT by Galaxy and the Xtreme software was bundled with the video card, I thought since this video card stays fairly cool even when being over clocked I thought I would give it a try, so I installed it went smooth, starts up and all is good, though I noticed a problem with the Memory clock gauge , well the particular video card I bought was the over clocked version of the 9600GT by Galaxy so I was expecting the memory clock to be at the advertised 2000Mhz, though in the Xtreme software it shows that the memory clock is set at 1000MHz, so this left me to think of what could be the problem, so I tried to repair/reinstall the Xtreme tuner software, but I still arrived at the same problem, so in the Xtreme tuner software 'about' section it shows the email address to contact Galaxy at for tech related questions, so I went ahead to email them about the memory clock problem thinking it would be easily and quickly solved, and that they would know what the problem is right away, its been well over a month now and they have not responded to the email, not even to say that they don't currently have a fix for the problem
  • I am left disappointed and left in a position where I would avoid using the Xtreme tuner software and also discourage friends and relatives from using it either

The Xtreme tuner software offered by Galaxy corporation with some of their video card is by far one of the easiest and safest video card management software that I have ever used, though Galaxy corporation’s customer support is in question. thought I would give it a try, so I installed it went smooth, starts up and all is good, though I noticed a problem with the “Memory clock gauge”, well the particular video card I bought was the over clocked version of the 9600GT by Galaxy so I was expecting the memory clock to be at the advertised 2000Mhz, though in the Xtreme software it shows that the memory clock is set at 1000MHz, so ...

problem is right away, its been well over a month now and they have not responded to the email, not even to say that they don’t currently have a fix for the problem. So now I’m left with their software not knowing the memory clock speed due to they’re confusing bugged software. I am left disappointed and left in a position where I would avoid using the Xtreme tuner software and also discourage friends and relatives from using it either.
