Rice cakes, when they first came out, used to be dry and flavourless - something like eating paper. Now, rice cakes are no longer so dry, and definitely not flavourless.

I find them a little bit too ...

      • crumbly still, as well as having problems with the flavouring mostly being a powder on top of the rice cake, which can get a bit messy if you’re not careful.

SInce I am naturally a bit on

the messy side, I tend to get red powder all over my fingers.

        They taste pretty good, though.

Not dry, not too spicy, and having a pleasant light flavour and a nice after taste in your mouth - sort of tomato-y.
