The Archibald Library is one of my favorite places to visit. For me, the library is within walking distance, and is a good reason to get outside for a healthy walk.

The Archibald library originated, in 1994. Originally, a county library, the city took control of the library to provide the

visitors more convenience. In 2008, the Archibald library was completely renovated. Easy access to the library and plenty of parking make this library very popular.

While waiting for the library to open, I was happily surprised to see small children who visit the library for their story time program. Other programs are available ...

      • for teen agers and adults, including tutors and literacy programs. There is a monthly calendar with all the library’s activities.

I have taken my computer to the library and used it, because the library has free Wi-Fi access. The newly renovated library also has a computer room, with 16 computers with Internet access

and Microsoft Office. The library also offers free computer classes.

If you just want to get away from the daily grind, visit the Archibald library. The new look of the extreme makeover makes this library very comfortable and more modern. It is easy to see why the Archibald Library is the busiest library in Rancho Cucamonga.
