During this episode Edwin Poole defended a man who was charged for murder. Several associates of the firm were worried because Edwin Poole obviously is not mentally well.Earlier that day, he barged in the office wearing only his tops without anything covering his bottom.

In another case, Alan Shore was asked to

defend the CEO of a corporation who stole a 200$ scarf. If she gets convicted she will violate her moral clause in her contract which would eventually result in her loosing her position. One of the senior partners wanted Shore’s expertise on unconventional methods to get away with this.

      Alan Shore recruits the ...

      • help of Sally Heep to do undercover. The only case of the prosecution was the store personnel and Alan Shore’s last ditch attempt was to unravel something from this witness’ closet.

My opinion on Edwin Poole’s case:

The verdict should be not guilty. The prosecution’s only case was his coerced confession but sadly they

did not investigate with it further.

Defense’s summation though was straight to the point and it was convincing but it was not to the jury.

        On Alan Shore’s methodology:

It was despicable for me. This was full of humor but it was totally against the fundamental rules of legal ethics. It should not be followed.

    quick note by anonymous :

Its interesting to see lawyers use the law in such a way to get their guys off.
