  • When Herbal Essences totally twisted Curls and Waves Conditioner went on sale for just $2.99CDN I decided to give it a try
  • I have to stand this conditioner bottle upside down so that it rests on the pop top, which means it is definitely not difficult to get the conditioner out in the shower
  • The first thing I noticed about Herbal Essences totally twisted Curls and Waves Conditioner is that it smells fantastic, almost like an expensive Lavender Cologne
  • My only problem with this line of Herbal Essences conditioner is that I did need to use a lot of it to even cover my hair, and my hair is not that dry
  • If you have short curly hair though I would highly recommend it

I have curly hair that tends to get very dry in the winter, so I am always looking for a new conditioner. When Herbal Essences totally twisted Curls and Waves Conditioner went on sale for just $2.99CDN I decided to give it a try.

I have used other Herbal Essences hair care products in the past and had mixed feelings about them. What attracted me to this conditioner is that it is specially formulated for curly hair, allowing the conditioner to soak into the curl parts of my hair that traditional conditioners miss. Even

better the conditioner advertised that it contained French lavender which is one of my favorite scents.

The packaging for this conditioner is quite unique; the lilac plastic bottle is 300ml and the shape is slightly off being a rectangle. I have to stand this conditioner bottle upside down so that it rests on the pop top, which means it is definitely not difficult to get the conditioner out in the shower.

      • Cologne. It didn’t feel greasy in my hands, which was a good sign to me as inexpensive hair care products often contain a lot of wax which simply weighs down my hair.

My only problem with this line of Herbal Essences conditioner is that I did need to use a lot of it to even cover my hair, and my hair is not that dry. Also, although the directions on the bottle don’t tell you to leave the conditioner in for three minutes, I find you need to or you don’t get any moisturising

        benefits from it at all.

I would buy this conditioner again if only for the great Lavender smell which stays with me long after I wash out the product. It did give me great springy curls but it is so much work to get it worked through my hair that I find this product a bit too time consuming. If you have short curly hair though I would highly recommend it.

Herbal Essences totally twisted curls and waves conditioner is a Proctor and Gamble product and can be found at most supermarkets and drug stores.
