  • I love Knorr products and have purchased other boxed gourmet soups with the Knorr name so when their Red Soup came on sale for only $1.99 down from $2.99 at my local supermarket I bought it straight away
  • The 500ml cardboard carton advertised that it served two people so I thought my friend and I could have it for lunch
  • I'm disappointed in Knorr Red Soup as I like an all vegetable soup at lunchtime, but they make so many other great products I have to hope they quickly realize their error in this one and take it off the shelves

I love Knorr products and have purchased other boxed gourmet soups with the Knorr name so when their Red Soup came on sale for only $1.99 down from $2.99 at my local supermarket I bought it straight away. The 500ml cardboard carton advertised that it served two people so I thought my friend and I could have it for lunch. Even better Knorr Red

Soup has the approved heart and stroke seal, indicating that this is a healthy product for your heart.

I had high hopes for this Red Soup which advertises that it contains tomato, red bell pepper and chilli, and the side ingredients told me that only healthy fat such as Virgin olive oil had been used in the making of this all vegetable soup.

      I should have ...

      • left this Knorr Soup on the shelf it was terrible! My first spoonful confirmed this. I couldn’t taste any red pepper at all; in fact it tasted like straight tomato paste, which this soup does advertise that it contains. I tried adding a little milk but it just made it sour, and in the end I poured Knorr Red Soup down the sink.
Who wants to eat tomato paste as a soup?

I’m disappointed in Knorr Red Soup as I like an all vegetable soup at lunchtime, but they make so many other great products I have to hope they quickly realize their error in this one and take it off the shelves! I wouldn’t even use it to make a casserole; I find it much too bitter.
