  • The goofy roommate is definitely the funniest, although the birthday scene makes them all fairly funny
  • The parts of the movie that I like best are the montage sequence as Hugh Grant walks around Notting Hill and time passes, and the ending where he is chasing after her

This movie is set in Notting Hill, and is the story of a bookstore owner who meets and falls in love with a movie star(Julia Roberts). The movie star also feels the same way, but they have

a typical set of problems between the media and his goofy roommate. His friends add quite a bit of comic interest, especially when they realize she is the movie star she looks like. The goofy roommate is ...

      • definitely the funniest, although the birthday scene makes them all fairly funny. The parts of the movie that I like best are the montage sequence as Hugh Grant walks around Notting Hill and time passes, and the
ending where he is chasing after her. The only part of this book that isn’t great is perhaps the way the two of them met. It was okay, but after a while, you get kind of tired of Hugh Grant’s character’s bumblingness.
