I have taken more than my share of pain relievers in the past, some have worked and some have not. Aleve Liquid Pain Relievers are by far the best in my opinion.

The directions are to take two liquid tabs every 12 hours to relieve most body aches and pains.

The recommended dosage is all that you need.

Aleve works faster than any other over the counter medicines that I have found.

You can try all the other over the counter pain relievers, but in the end you will not find any other over the counter pain relievers that work better ...

      • that Aleve Liquid Gels.

If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use this medicine.

It is especially important not to use naproxen sodium during the last 3 months of pregnancy unless definitely directed to do so by a doctor because it may cause problems in the unborn child or complications during

        delivery.

Once you have tried Aleve, you will not go back to your usual pain reliever.

All of Aleve products work about the same way.

They have an ingredient called naproxen that works in such a way with your body, that sends relief to straight to your pain and gets rid of it.

Do the liquid gels work faster than the regular tablets? Also how should these be taken?

Gel can definitely give you quick relief. But, if you are looking forward for long term solutions, you should consider taking tablets.

Let your doctor decide about the dose. Naproxen (Aleve) is being taken as an over the counter medicine by many, it is not intended to be that. Your doctor will decide about the suitable dose. Generally, 1 tablet is advised to be taken on every 8 - 12 hours until symptoms last. But, it is better to follow the prescription.

As for Gel, apply it on the affected area. Rub softly and leave it.

Don’t use both Gel and tablets simultaneously.
