The SanDisk Sansa M230 Mp3 Player comes in a cool color but only has 512 megabytes of memory. That only held eight music albums, which got old after a while. The SanDisk Sansa M230 Mp3 Player is a nice alternative to an iPod for those that may not be able to afford one or do not like Apple based products. The volume can get very high, which helped drown out unwanted noise when

traveling to work or shopping. It came with earphones that lasted for a few months before having to be replaced.

I enjoyed the plastic casing and noticed that it does help to protect the SanDisk Sansa M230 Mp3 Player from being damaged or scratched. However, the plastic casing got dirty over the course of a few months and actually got darker around the edges, making it easier to notice the dirt. The casing ...

      • is not always easy to clean, but it can be done. I tried to use the microphone feature but was unable to do so without removing some songs off of the player. That goes to show that you cannot have both mic audio and saved music when using the SanDisk Sansa M230 Mp3 Player.

That 512 amount of space just does not do enough if you want to save a lot of songs

onto the Mp3 player and also record some voice messages. When the battery runs low on power, I could still listen to AM/FM radio on the SanDisk Sansa M230 Mp3 Player. That was a nice feature during times when I could not change the battery just yet. However, low power does affect playback on the songs. The music saved on this Mp3 Player either speeds up or slows down, which has been annoying.

You’ll have to adjust the lock switch which is next to the on/off button. To unlock slide it to the left. You can verify this here in the manual:
    Galega says :

That is quite a useful feature. You can lock the device and unlock by sliding a button. If you slide down the switch which is located in the left side of the device, it will get locked up. That has accidentally happened. Just slide up this switch, and it will get unlocked.
