Story: Cole Justice (you) is sent out to hunt down the Hydra group who is supplying weapons of mass destruction to a bunch of terrorists.

Graphics: This is your typical first person shooter fare although the images are quite solid compared to some first person shooters. The levels increasingly become darker and grittier in tone and quality as the game proceeds.

Controls: Well, I’m not going to say that it’s anything of “GoldenEye 007″ standards here but the controls are

pretty much average and responsive, it follows pretty much the traditional vein of first person shooters.

Gameplay: “Conspiracy” adds nothing new in terms of gameplay - You will be shooting through most levels which are all varied and large, checkpoints included. What sucks about the checkpoints is that you won’t be getting your health replenished if you start from one (what on Earth were they thinking?). The enemy AI is nothing of spectacular either as their trick of the ...

      • trade seems to be just running and shooting at you, no method of cover or attack whatsoever.

The weakened enemy AI may be an advantage to you health-wise, but that doesn’t mean you can just plow right through these levels without losing lots of health, you still have to plan what you’re going to do carefully as there are lots of bad guys as well as alarms and traps.

Overall: “Conspiracy: Weapons of Mass Destruction” can really go either way

and be a love or hate game as it is not dreadful like some shooters but it’s certainly not as up to par as some of the more critically acclaimed ones. If only this game had more of an imagination behind it and went the extra mile to become something more than what it is. If you’re curious about this game or are just an avid fan of first person shooters, I would highly recommend renting instead of buying.
