  • Now you may be thinking that pens of better quality are going to cost you more
  • Ink doesn't skip when you write and the ink also stays consistent, which is a huge problem with the cheaper pens
  • Do yourself a favor and give away all of your economy pens (because I know you have at least a dozen), go to Staples, and pick up these pens

One thing I’m always buying for my office is pens. Aside from these things just walking off and never returning, pens come in so many varieties. Between the different point sizes and grips, as well as the mechanical differences such as ball point, roller ball, gel, and fountain, just to name a few.

If you’ve been stuck using the same style of pens for your daily duties, you probably don’t realize how many different varieties are out there. If you fit into this category, then do yourself a

favor and check out what else is out there. You’ll quickly realize how insufficient your basic bic pens that you got 20 for $1 are.

Now you may be thinking that pens of better quality are going to cost you more. That is very true, but if you search around you can find a really good pen for a much better price than expected. Or in this case, 12 good pens for the amazingly cheap price of $2. These are the staples gel pens, 12 pack.

      • Originally $5 but on found these on sale for $2.

The quality of the ink is so much better than your standard/cheap pens, and that is due to the fact that it uses gel ink. The ink goes on smooth and dark, so it’s legible up close as well as far away. Ink doesn’t skip when you write and the ink also stays consistent, which is a huge problem with the cheaper pens. The grip on these pens is also decent and offers a good comfort level. All of

these combined make for a great pen for both extended writing periods as well as quick note jotting. And the fact that you can get 12 of these pens for $2 is a steal. Even if the deal goes away, I would gladly pay $5 for a pack of 12 of these.

Do yourself a favor and give away all of your economy pens (because I know you have at least a dozen), go to Staples, and pick up these pens. You’ll soon realize that the extra $1 was more than worth it!
