  • For the past 4 months till date we haven't received our bills, every time we have to check online, we are not receiving it via mail, I complained regarding the same by calling them for nearly 5 times, but there is no proper response for the same and problem is still not resolved
  • I thought it is better idea to mail them regarding the same, so I signed up for the online service and tried posting a query/complaint, it's been a month's time there is no response

      I got broad band service from wind stream; I am using this service for the past 4 months. I would say I am not completely satisfied with the customer service.

      For the past 4 months till date we haven’t received our bills, every time we have to check online, we are not receiving it via mail, I complained regarding the same by calling


      them for nearly 5 times, but there is no proper response for the same and problem is still not resolved.

      I thought it is better idea to mail them regarding the same, so I signed up for the online service and tried posting a query/complaint, it’s been a month’s time there is no response.

      The online service is not showing up the past bill ...

        Since we didn’t receive the bill, we missed the payment first month, and then later after sometime I realized that it’s been more than a month that I didn’t receive my bill so I called the customer care, they gave the bill amount and asked me to pay it online, when I asked for the bill breakup, they said

        that past month bill will not be displayed as you signed up just now.

        I somehow got the break up for the lady on the call; she was nearly helpful and patiently helped me to understand.

        Overall I would like to say wind stream broadband service, needs to concentrate more on customer care and try to resolve the queries of customers at the earliest.
