      I love the Mango Graham cake my mom makes. If there’s an occasion or if we just want something sweet for merienda (mid-afternoon snack) or a dessert after dinner, we make this cake. It’s very easy to do since you don’t need an oven to bake it. For this easy recipe for a 10×8 Mango Graham Cake, we need the following (if you want it larger, you can adjust the needed ingredients for this recipe): ½ kilo sliced or diced ripe mangoes, 1 pack

      of Graham crackers, 3 tetra packs of all purpose cream, 1 big can of condensed milk, and a 10×8 foil pan or any container of the same size.

      First, prepare your pan and line the graham crackers on the bottom of the pan until you have covered the bottom with the crackers. Next, mix the all-purpose cream and the condensed milk.
