      Ingredients :

      Pineapple - 1 (raw) Mustard seeds - 1 tsp Oil - 3 tbsps Salt

      Grind together :

      Coriander seeds - 1tbsp pepper - 6 cumin seeds - 1tsp red chillies - 5 mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds -


      Fry all these spicees in a tsp of oil till golden brown in colour. Add 1/2 cup grated coconut and fry for one more minute. Grind everything with 1 tbsp of roasted gram.

      • take the centre core from pineapple and slice into small pieces.

        2. Add 2 cups of water and cook in pressure cooker. Switch off the cooker soon after the vent is kept.

        3. Heat oil in a pan, add

        mustard, when it splutters add pine apple pieces and then ground mixture with enough salt and jaggery 4. Let it boil in a low flame till the gravy is ready 5. Serve with parathas or rotis.

        Select pine apple which is not too ripe. Little sweet and sour pine apple makes a tasty gravy.
