Stargate SG-1: Between Two Fires is the final time we see the Tollan in an episode of SG-1. The team arrives on Tollana to attend a funeral and are surprised when asked to return to discuss a possible exchange of technology. This is unheard of from the very private race, and the team is further suspicious

when Narim gives Sam a secret transmission that indicates something might not be right on Tollana.

The show gives us some more of that Sam and Narim teasing that has occurred since we first saw Narim in season one. He’s clearly hooked on her, but she never commits to anyone, always citing Jolinar as the reason.

      Everyone has something ...

      • to do in Stargate SG-1: Between Two Fires, though unfortunately, they do it divided up. I do like the scenes with Sam and Daniel and the surprise visitor to Tollana — Tanith, the Goa’uld Teal’c has a vendetta against. Naturally, the earlier scenes with Jack and Daniel negotiating with the Tollans are great, too.

        The ending is

typically bittersweet, though it’s open ended. One can never be sure of exactly what happened.

Stargate SG-1: Between Two Fires is a decent episode. It’s a shame the Omoc character wasn’t seen. It would have been interesting to see him talking with Daniel. In the ‘looks’ department, the opening scene was hot. The guys looks marvelous!
