  • The first thing that I noticed was how heavy these things where when they came out of the box, and honestly that makes a lot of sense when you thinking about how much were actually put into these speakers to be as good as they are
  • Now I know they are called bookshelves speakers but I can tell you right now that these are not going to fit on most bookshelves so you will probably have to get speaker stands for them or like an end table or something of that sort
  • Because I believe they are rated from 20-200 watts at 4 ohms which is pretty dang powerful
  • My suggestion is that anybody with a pretty large budget should get these bad boys all the around with a good center speakers, receiver, and amp and it'll sound great, and I know that most people don't have that much money to drop at once
  • So if you can save your money up for speakers like this and you won't be disappointed at all

Polk Audio LSi9 Main if you can afford these then there is no way that you could possible go wrong with them ever! The first thing that I noticed was how heavy these things where when they came out of the box, and honestly that makes a lot of sense when you thinking about how much were actually put into these speakers to be as good as they are. Now I know they are called bookshelves speakers but I can tell you right now that these are not going to fit on most bookshelves so you will probably have to get speaker stands for them or like an end table or something of that sort. Because they are about 15′ deep.

      To run these t their

fullest potential you probably going to nee more then just your home theater receiver. So hopefully your receiver has pre-outs so that you can add an external amp to help power these bad boys. Because I believe they are rated from 20-200 watts at 4 ohms which is pretty dang powerful. These speakers basically sound like a tower speakers and actually in all honesty it sounds better than most of those do. If you didn’t see them then you would think for sure that they are tower speakers.

Now I know you may be thinking but it’s a Polk speaker the ones that you see in large chain electronic stores all the time, and I will stop you there and say “no”. This isn’t anything ...

      • like TSI line, or the monitors. These speakers are on a completely different level then anything that you have heard from Polk and I promise you that.

If you can get speakers like this for your entire home theater system you’re never going t want t leave the room, as the sound just engulfs you. And makes you feel as if you are right in the action. The speakers can compete with just about any similar type speaker that any other company puts out and chances are you can probably find these for cheaper than a lot of them to. Isn’t that a plus!

My suggestion is that anybody with a pretty large budget should get these bad boys all the around with a good center speakers,

receiver, and amp and it’ll sound great, and I know that most people don’t have that much money to drop at once. So even if you can get a pair of these plus the center and a sub. It’s still going to sound better than most 5.1 and 71 system that are out there and the current moment. Because a good 3.1 system is almost always going to sounded better then a cheap 5.1 or 7.1 and I’m not the only person in the world who thinks that is true. Ask an audiophile what he thinks and he will agree with that for sure. So if you can save your money up for speakers like this and you won’t be disappointed at all.
