Shenmue 2 for the Xbox is a sequel to the original Shenmue, which debuted on the Sega Dreamcast. Due to Sega's finanical woes, the Sega Dreamcast had been discontinued while Shenmue 2 was in the making.

Therefore, Sega of America decided to produce the game for the Microsoft Xbox.

Great! The whole point of Shenmue 2 is to complete a main storyline.

The main storyline is to avenge your father's death (the main character is Ryo).

The game is based in Hong Kong.

I think to truly understand Shenmue 2 you have to play the original Shenmue (on the Dreamcast); it makes a lot more sense.

In Shenmue 2 you can work, explore and pretty much do almost whatever your want.

Your existence is in a living, breathing world.

You may interact with whoever you choose.

This is what always keeps me interested in the game.

There is so much to do! Once you play the game you will not stop unless you get bored very easily by playing vast, complex games.

Overall, this is a great action-adventure RPG to get if you're looking to get into a game that is like no other.

You can get the game for around $15 or so at your local retailer or at online markets such as ebay.

Shenmue 2 is a great game and I highly recommend it!
