      3. Keep this dough a side for 8 hours.(fermentation) 4. Take idli maker and pour

      enough dough into idli maker plates.

      5. Let it cook on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes.

      6. Remove the idli from plates and serve hot with chutney and sambar.
