      Ingredients :

      Basmati Rice : 1 cup Ground tomato paste - 1 cup water - 1cup green chillies - 4 Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp peeled small onion - 10 Garlic - 4


      flakes Peeled green peas - 1/4 cup lemon - 1/2 salt ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp coriander leaves cashew nuts cinnamon, cardamom, clove, bay leaf

      Method :

      1. Wash rice will and soak in ...


      • water for 10 minutes 2. Peel onions, and cut green chillies 1/2 inch long 3. Grind tomatoes and filter 4. Fry washes rice in ghee 5. Fry cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, clove, ginger
        garlic paste, green chillies, onions in oil.

        6. Add boiled green peas, tomato paster and water 7. Allow the above mixture to boil, add salt, red chilli powder, and fried rice.

        8. Mix well and reduce flame and cook for 10 minutes.

        9. Add fried cashewnuts, coriander leaves and lemon juice and serve hot
