Count Dracula’s Great Love (1972) I first discovered this bizarre vampire film on TV in the 1970’s under the slightly abbreviated title Dracula’s Greatest Love. This is another in a long line of horror movies starring Spain’s Paul Naschy and

his first and only Dracula film.

      • good Doctor is none other than Count Dracula.

And to complicate things, Dracula falls in love with one of the human women!

Sounds sentimental, but there is also plenty of mayhem to be found in this film as well.

        One

of Naschy’s odder films, this atmospheric film is worth a look.

Try to find a DVD of the 90 minute version as other versions out there are cut down to 72 minutes (the TV negative).

Released theatrically briefly in the USA as Cemetary Girls.
