During my previous trip, I had the opportunity to make use of the facilities at Singapore Changi Airport Budget Terminal.
The Budget Terminal was built to accommodate low cost carriers flying in and out of Singapore. Lower costs for the airlines translates to more savings being passed on to the consumer. Currently, there is no light rail linking the other main terminals to the Budget Terminal. There is however a quarter hourly free shuttle service that runs from
the basement of Terminal 1, 2 and 3 to the Budget Terminal.
There is currently only one shop, Han’s, which sells food and beverages at the departure hall. Check procedures are similar to most major airports and a boarding pass with resemblance to a movie ticket will be issued and is required prior to boarding.

hhi Suyanti,
The Budget Terminal is now closed ( ). A new Terminal 4 is being built there.
Whatever the distance might be, the inter-terminal transfer is quite easy at the Changi International Airport. Currently, you can interchange through all three running terminals easily through skiline and shuttle bus services .
I would like to know the number of outlets selling Alcohol and Tobacco Products at the Singapore Airport Budget Terminal also would like to know if I can go to the Singapore Changi Airport terminals T1 T2 for shopping at the Duty-free shops there with a valid ticket to fly out of the Singapore BT terminal 10 hrs after my arrival at BT.
Please let me know whether the duty free shop still open between 4am to 6am on Saturday as I wish to buy liqour before boarding at 6am. Thank you

Hi Lisa,
The timing has changed a bit. Now you can find these shops open throughout the week from 6 AM 12 AM on Terminal 1 and from 6 AM morning to 1 AM night on Terminal 2 and 3. You have to adjust your timing according to this schedule.
