      This is a very simple recipe but very healthy. Ingredients Cabbage : 2 cups (grated) Coriander leaves Coconut (grated) - 1/2 cup salt green chillies - 3 nos lemon juice - 1/2 tsp Mustard

      Method : 1.

      Grate cabbage 2.

      Add nicely cut coriander leaves, salt, grated coconut 3.

      Fry mustard seed and green chillies in little oil 4.

      Add this to the above mixture 5.

      Squeeze lemon ...


      • and add 1/2 tsp to the above.

        This can be taken with any dish or can be taken alone.

        It is always better to eat cabbage as a salad than cooked cabbage.

        Even kids

        would love this salad.

        Cabbage is best suited for people on diet.

        Instead of taking plain cabbage, it can be consumed as a salad.

        In that case, oil can be avoided.
