  • I would've liked to blame it on the actors, but in reality, the writing is so bad, I don't think anyone would have managed to play that correctly

Law and Order SVU Season 2 Episode 2 Honor

In this episode, the story gets really complicated, and the ending is very sad. Despite all the good intentions, I feel that the writers did not have any real knowledge of the culture that were writing about. The story seemed flat, fed with nothing but superficial facts, read somewhere

in the newspaper or magazine, and no knowledge of real life. In the beginning, the detectives are confused as to the nationality of the victim and can determine whether her language is Hebrew. Or something else, middle eastern. At the end they find out that the victim was from Afghanistan-I can understand the visual confusion, but in ...

      • terms of language they have nothing in common.

In addition to drama that plays in the story and in the court is just too funny. The characters themselves don’t know what he believes in, and more importantly, they don’t believe in what they are saying. I would’ve liked to blame it on the actors, but in reality, the writing

is so bad, I don’t think anyone would have managed to play that correctly.

In this episode, a woman is found in the bushes, stabbed through the heart. She is the daughter of a diplomat from Afghanistan, and it looks like the family was responsible for her death. The case then becomes a question or morality.

        Not a very successful episode.
