      1. Mushroom 250gm 2. Green peas- ½ cup 3. Tomato 2 4. Ginger- 2 inch piece 5. Garlic- 7 flakes 6. Cumin seeds- 1 spoon 7. Cloves- 3 8. Cinnamon- small piece

      /> 9. Green cardamom- 2 10. Cashew nuts- 6-7 11. Chilly powder- 1 ½ spoon 12. Turmeric powder ½ spoon 13. Onion-1 14. Oil- 3 spoons 15. Salt as per taste

      Method: 1. Wash the mushrooms and cut each mushroom ...

        2. Add chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt and mix with mushrooms and keep it aside.

        3. Grind cumin seeds,ginger,garlic,cardamom,cloves,cinnamon,cashew and make fine paste.

        4. Take pan and add oil and let

        it heat up 5. Add chopped onions and grinded paste and fry well.

        6. Add chopped tomatoe,green peas and sauté well 7. Cover the dish and let it cook on low flame till the tomato turns soft.

        8. Add mushrooms and sauté well.

        9. Add enough water ,cover the dish and let it cook until it is done.

        10. Serve hot with roti or plain rice.
