This movie is actually not too bad; it started off as rather mundane, but the idea of an old clock that linked the past to the current is quite refreshing!

Jenny moved into an old abandoned house, and met her housemates, Nick, Tom, Adele and Tina. Nick found an old journal in an ancient clock, which started it working. A series

of strange things happened - water taps turned on mysteriously and Jenny heard her dead mother talking to her. She also saw bloody visions of men torturing someone in the basement, whenever she touched a pendant she wore. She later discovered the history of the house a couple of black and white lovers in a time when such relationships were taboo. The couple decided to commit suicide; the woman died, but her lover was caught and ...

      • tortured to death. Now their souls wanted to be reunited. As such, more weird things started happening to her housemates. Jenny discovered that Tom had killed Adele, and Tina was actually the ghost of the dead woman. Jenny and Nick were trapped in the house, and they had to escape before it was too late!

The cast put up a passable performance; none really outstanding. The dialogue is weak, vague. The second half of the

show is better, as the history of the old house is revealed, an explanation for the visions that Jenny saw. One of the best scenes was when Jenny and Nick tried to escape the house the first time. They ran through the front door and found themselves back in the house again. Overall, it doesn’t really qualify as a horror or ghost movie; I would consider it as a rather mild horror flick. Not fantastic, but certainly watchable!
