      Ingredients : The items needed to prepare this simple and tasty dish are :

      Onions (big) -3 Green chillies -6 Tomatoes - 2 or 3 salt Bengal gram flour - 1/4 cup oil - 2 tbsp seasoning -

      mustard, black gram dhal - 1tsp Curry leaves and coriander leaves for garnishing lime juice - optional

      Method :

      1. Cut onions, chillies and tomatoes into thin long slices.

      2. Heat oil in a pan, add the seasonings, when it ...

        3. Fry till translucent, add tomatoes and fry for a few minutes.

        4. Mix the gram flour in one cup of water without any lumps, add salt, pour over and

        allow it to boil in a reduced flame stirring constantly.

        5. When it is thick enough with a shine, remove from fire and garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves. Serve with rotis.

        It is very easy and can be done in 15 minutes. It will be a change from the routine gravies.
