I just finished reading “Kill The Messenger” which is a novel of suspense written by Tami Hoag.

In “Kill the Messenger” a young man, Jace Damon who is a bike messenger finds himself in trouble when he is suspected of murdering a sleazy attorney, he is afraid of what the police

will think so refuses to contact them he has a sescret of his own.

He is merely trying to raise his younger brother and is afraid that Tyler will be taken away from him.

In the meantime Kev Parker who is a police officer trying to make a comeback after being disgraced is trying ...

      • to solve the crime and does not think that Jace is guilty. Despite having difficulties with some of his collegues he with the help of reporter Andi Kelly solves the crime.

Interestingly I thought, Parker’s case is related to a previous case.

Parker sets up a trap with the help of Jace and Tyler

        to catch the murderer.

The ending was a bit different where although he helps the two brothers and exonerates Jace, he himself suffers personally, because of who the killer really is.

I thought this book was well written and interesting. My favorite characters were Tyler who has a genious IQ and Andi the wise cracking reporter.
