      We have traveled couple of times by Indian airlines. But we are not satisfied with their service.

      I have observed them giving least important to the passengers.

      And seats arrangement is also inconvenient.

      Luggage managing system is also not good.

      I have seen allocating


      same seat numbers to the two passengers.

      They even do not take care of infant passengers properly.

      They do not follow method that is convenient to the passengers who are traveling with the infants and kids .

      I was really not comfortable with their seat arrangement when ...


      • I was traveled with my baby.

        I have seen air-hostess demanding the a passenger to shift to the alternative seat leaving the seat allocated to him.

        Regarding luggage also, they do not take proper care.

        If any passenger missed his luggage then there is no proper

        method to deal with it.

        Recently my husband missed his luggage and it took around one week to recollect the luggage.

        This not only my opinion, but also of many passengers.

        Indian airline cooperation is high appreciated if they concentrating more on passenger’s convenience and help in their happy voyage.
