Muscle Milk Light is a protein powder from CytoSport which sports advertising clichés such as “thanks to amazing demand of muscle milk, we now introduce muscle milk light.” However, this actually is nothing more than an advertisement cliché.
Unfortunatley for us bodybuilders and muscle-gaining enthusiasts, there are very few protein powders on the market that can actually do something for us on a regular basis. Muscle Milk Light is not one of them. The original muscle milk prided itself on throwing in calories after calories inside your body and as we know, calories are the genetic genes for mass; however, the mass that muscle milk gave was not muscle. around 65 percent fat and 35 percent muscle And when you compare those statistics to another powder on the market, you are not really getting what you paid for unless you were just looking for a regular weight gaining shake and even then, this is probably not what you were looking for.
However, Muscle Milk has moved away from that and now prides itself on 44% less fat than original musclemilk; so now my estimate over a 3 month period of usage would be 50 percent fat and 50 percent muscle.
