“Belgrave Square” is a mystery featuring Thomas and Charlotte Pitt.

Pitt is asked by his superior Micah Drummond to look into a case of a blackmailer who was killed.

Pitt is disturbed by the case anyway because he is unsure why he was called into the case in such a manner.

      There are several

viable suspects from a magistrate who is overlooking an important case, and even people who are cops.

Meanwhile Jack Radley their brother in law is trying to become elected to parliament. Some of the suspects in the case are important members of society. Therefore Charlotte also is becoming aware of these ...

      • people.

In “Belgrave Square” we find that there is a secret organization which corrupts called the Inner Circle. Pitt suspects that Lord Byam is being punished for something he did or did not do in keeping with his memebership.

Actually the reason for the murder is more personal Byam is being betrayed

and Pitt must uncover why. The end is astounding.

I thought it was interesting that this is the book in which Pitt finds out about the Inner circle which plagues him thgroughout many of this series.

Surprisingly Charlotte does not meddle in this case like she normally does. Only in a round about way.
