Everybody Wins with Nick Nolte, Debra Winger, Will Patton, and Jack Warden. I have to admit that I only watched this movie because it featured sexy Debra Winger. There is an animal attraction about her that comes across on the big screen.

In this movie, she used this attraction to force a reluctant private investigator to aid her in her quest. Though he does not want to take on the job, he must comply as he willingly becomes her sex slave.

      Nolte

does a super job as the famous investigator Tom O’Toole. I love it when he does his open mouth pause.

He can say so much with this technique and it is his alone. Patton also plays his usual self of a demented twisted personality.

At times, we think him a good guy while a villain at others. If not for this great cast, the movie would have been a real dud because it was slow at times.

With this cast it was a ...

      • winner. Winger wants Nolte to prove that an imprisoned youth did not kill his uncle.

She claims that there is a police conspiracy to hide the identity of the real killer. The main theme of this movie though is confusion instilled in the audience.

There are so many questions. What is her connection to the case? Does Winger have two distinct personalities? Is there really a conspiracy or is it a creation by a crazy person? There is so

much suspense that the audience will find itself on the edges of their seats.

The twist ending is subtle, but finally explains the selection of the title. As I stated it does move rather slow, but we enjoy the ride because of the outstanding acting jobs.

The music is really stupid, but then it serves to allow the audience to take a breather from the suspense tension created by this who done it. I really enjoyed this movie and hope that others give it a chance too.
