Autumn in New York is a mediocre romantic movie with an element of drama. The movie has Richard Gere and Winona Ryder playing the lead roles. It is the story of a man who falls in love with a very ill woman.

I watched this movie on cable and it is not a very great movie. It is strictly one

      time watch.

Richard Gere and Winona Ryder succeed in pulling of their characters with very convincing performances but the movie surely lacks something, which I failed to figure out. Will is a restaurant owner and is leading a comfortable life.

He is single and he is scared of commitments. But he is a Casanova type of guy.

      One day, he ...

      • meets Charlotte, a young woman, half his age and finds her very fascinating. She is a very free spirited woman having self respect and will power.

He thinks of starting a relation but it is not as easy as he thought and she doesn’t respond as he wanted or as he experienced before. They end up having tiffs on their

meetings and he gets disappointed the way the whole thing is going.

He thinks of playing the last card, which he is sure of making the girl fall for him. But she tells him the reasons because of which they can not have relation.

She tells her that she is dying of serious heart problem. What would be his reaction?
