Soak cashewnuts in water for 2 hrs. 2.

Grind it nicely without adding water 3. In a wide and thick vessel, mix ground cashewnuts and sugar and stir in a low flame ...

      • 4.

        Stir the mixture continously. 5.

When the mixture gets separated from the vessel without sticking on to it, switch off the gas. 6.

Pour this mixture in a plate greased with ghee. 7.

Cut it into diamond shape when the

mixture is warm. Badam essence and pista essence can also be added but it is optional.

This dish will be liked by all age group. In India, i is normally made during festival time as cashewnuts are expensive and this sweet is rich in cholesterol and sugar.

Hence not advisable to eat it very often
