I would like to share a very yummy and easy dish. Ingredients : Butter : 1/2 cup Egg : 2 Walnut : 2 cup Vanilla essence-1 tsp baking powder - 2tsp sugar-2 cup Maida -

2 cup Dates - 1 cup salt - little Method : 1. Mix butter and sugar and melt it in low flame.

When it becomes creamy switch off the gas. 2.

Beat egg nicely and add ...

      • to the above mixture. 3.

To this, add, maida, walnut, dates, vanilla essence, baking powder and salt. 4.

Mix the above mixture well and pour it in a baking plate greased with butter. 5.

        Bake it at

        400 degrees for half-an-hour. 6.

Cut it into desired shape and serve. All the ingredients I have mentioned in the recipe will be available always in our kitchen.

So, we need not run from pillar to post to try a new dish. It is easy to make and children would love the taste.

If kept in an airtight ziplock bag they can last for way longer than 2 months without becoming stale.
