      Ingredients: 1. KingFish 5 pieces 2. Onion- 1 3. Ginger- 2 inch piece 4. Garlic- 1 5. Cloves- 4 6. Cinamanstick- 1 inch piece 7. Cumin seeds- 1 spoon 8. Chilly


      powder 2 spoons 9. Turmeric powder 1 spoon 10. Salt as per taste 11. Oil- 6-7 spoons.

      Method: 1. Grind onions,garlic,ginger,cloves,cinnamon stick,cumin seeds and make fine paste.

      • fish thoroughly and add chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt,and above masala paste to the fish.

        3. Marinate the fish for half an hour.

        4. Take frying pan and add oil.

        5. Let it

        heat up on medium flame.

        6. Add fish pieces and cover the dish for 5-10 minutes.

        7. Once it is fried thoroughly on one side, then reverse the fish pieces and let it fry on medium flame.

        8. Let the fish fry on low flame till it is cooked well.

        9. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
