  • Execute is the album intro, Gematria is a good song, along with sulfur, psychosocial is one of the best though, a really heavy song, This Cold Black was good, Snuff is impressive too, and the track All Hope Is Gone, Dead Memories surprisingly turned out to be my favorite on the album, a beautiful song

      All Hope Is Gone. This is the band’s fifth album and fourth album on Roadrunner Records, released in August of 2008 and produced by Dave Fortman and Slipknot.

      The band recorded the album in their home state of Iowa this time, and the album is heavier, faster, and better than Vol.

      The promotion for this album got a little old, with advertisements on the internet featuring ugly little people with giant heads, and weird video clips, I didn’t expect much from the album but I was surprised.

        A had little hope for

        the band, I didn’t think they could release another album that I would care at all about but they did it, and made at least one more welcome addition to my album collection.

        Music is supposed to make you feel something, and this album did it’s job better than I had hoped for.
