  • The band stated that the album is influenced by low quality beer and bong hits and listening to black metal in the dark, that would make sense, it is a harder and meaner album, tighter, faster, and over all more interesting then their last album, the last album was ok, but it was hard at times to take the vocalist serious, this time the falsetto is just better, more believable and authentic power metal vocals

      • solos are really impressive, the guy has some real skill. The album is heavily fantasy themed, it to is more genuine and authentic sounding than the last album. Night Marauders is probably my favorite song from the album, Forest King is really impressive as well as the single The Goatriders Horde. This is
a really good album and I am really happy to say they got it together this time around and proved themselves well, this will be in my collection for a long time right next to my Mercyful Fate Iron Maiden and King Diamond albums. Go check it out even if you didn’t like Advance And Vanquish.
