  • The Sky is Fallin is another one of my favorites on the album, it has different sections that really mix the song up and make it brilliant, I love it
  • Go With The Flow is the second single from the album, a really powerful song, maybe the best this band has done
  • Do It Again is a fun little song, God is in the radio is yet another gem, Another Love Song has a dreamy feel to it I really like, I like it when Oliveri was on vocals too, he was great

This album is a concept album of sorts, the theme being a desert radio station, Josh Homme drew inspiration for the album driving through the desert, he puts the listener in the car with him from LA to Mohave desert. This album features Dave Grohl (of the foo fighters and Nirvana)on drums, Mark Lanegan (of Screaming Trees) on addition vocals, the last album to feature Nick Oliveri on vocals and bass.

The album begins with a stop gap hidden track “the real song for the deaf” followed by track 1 “You think I ain’t worth a dollar but

I feel like a millionaire” a great aggressive and raw song to open the album, Lanegan does a good job singing lead.

Track 2, “Know one knows” was the first single off the album and a great song full of powerful riffs and catchy sing along parts.

First It Giveth is a beautiful song full of energy.

A Song For The Dead with Lanegan on lead vocal and Homme singing backup, it’s a slow moving and powerful song.

The Sky is Fallin is another one of my favorites on the album, it has different sections that really mix ...

      • the song up and make it brilliant, I love it.

Six Shooter is a fast aggressive 1 minute song with Oliveri on vocals, for a one minute song he really takes care of business.

Hangin Tree is another great from this album, it’s creepy and dark but not too creepy and dark, cool lyrics too, another song where Lanegan stepped up on vocals.

Go With The Flow is the second single from the album, a really powerful song, maybe the best this band has done.

Gonna Leave you is a good song, the lyrics are some of my

        favorite by the band.

Do It Again is a fun little song, God is in the radio is yet another gem, Another Love Song has a dreamy feel to it I really like, I like it when Oliveri was on vocals too, he was great.

This is the final track on the album, and it starts of kinda creepy, followed by the hidden track Mosquito Song, and a different version of feel good hit of the summer “Feel good haha of the summer” a great album, one of my all time favorites, if you haven’t heard it go get a copy.
